Administrative Office Assistant

Seeking an individual who is looking for a part-time administrative position for a busy, fast paced accounting firm and tax office.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Collating tax returns
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking in drop off’s, recording the drop off and pulling the client’s file
  • Filing and pulling client files for the next day appointments
  • Taking payments for client’s
  • Calling and e-mailing clients when returns are ready

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to answer multi line phone system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rochester, NY 14623: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
