Salary: $16.00-$18.00 Per Hour.

Job Type: Full Time M-F

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of a fast-paced insurance office to help build client relationships and handle a variety of customer service tasks.

Some of the expectations include: having a positive attitude, be a team player, provide an outstanding customer experience, goal setting, and the ability to prioritize and work efficiently.

Tasks can include:

• Phone answering & Phone delegation
• Appointment scheduling
• Running office errands
• Billing inquiries
• Assisting a high-volume amount of clients in a very timely manner daily.

Insurance knowledge is not required and will be trained.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.

Must enjoy building relationships with people and have an ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requests.

Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Must be very detail oriented

Must be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.

Must understand the importance of completing work in a very timely manner.

This position requires working with a team and a positive and friendly attitude.

Property and Casualty Insurance Licensing required within 30 days of hire. Life and Health Insurance Licensing required within 60 days of hire. (Agency will provide study materials and reimburse for testing and licensing fees.)

Must understand the importance of reaching set goals both individual and agency goals
