The Department of Management in the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University invites applications for a non-tenure-track, renewable semester-to-semester, Adjunct faculty commencing January 2023. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s, Ph.D., Ed.D., or D.B.A. in Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or a closely related field with prior work experience. Candidates with teaching experience in both graduate and undergraduate courses in Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or Strategic management are highly desirable; courses will be on-campus. Candidates with clear evidence of teaching excellence and student engagement are preferred.

The teaching of a specified on-campus course
Preparation of materials and online learning assignments (in Canvas)
Providing support and guidance to students
Advising students
Report grades

Cooperating with course coordinators or other program faculty to assure quality and consistency across the program.
Cooperating in program assessments.
Master’s Degree in Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or a closely related major with meaningful experience in management and/or consulting. Meaningful experience teaching International Business, Entrepreneurial leadership, and/or Strategic Management courses at the university level. Willingness to teach multiple courses across multiple programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D., Ed.D., or D.B.A. with a concentration in Management, International Business, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field. Significant experience in Management, International Business, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and/or consulting. Teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels in on-campus courses.
