Summary

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for the review of outstanding aged receivables and communication with our customers directly. A high level of organization and superb communication skills are a requirement for this role.

Duties and responsibilities

• Review Excel aging report and organize this data in Excel.
• Send email correspondence to clients regarding their relevant past due accounts receivable.
• Follow up with clients with regard to the original email correspondences where appropriate.
• Independently investigate, research, and resolve issues as they relate to problematic clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to build and maintain relationships.
• Support other Premium Accounting functions in resolving issues and maintaining customer service standards.
• Support the Accounting team with ad hoc requests, as needed.
• Maintain accurate files (electronic or otherwise) on all vendors and accounts.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• At least one year of office experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
