The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, a family of boutique luxury dealerships, has a stellar opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team. What you will do....
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Record and maintain all 1099 information
- Process 1099 year end forms and reports
- Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Expense Reimbursements
- Research and answer all vendor inquiries
- Maintain Accounts Payable related schedules
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Other accounting related tasks as requested by the Controller
What you need to be successful in this role....
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with inter-company accounting
- Dealership accounting experience a plus
- Team-oriented
- Willing to expand and cross-train all accounting areas
- Ability to work within time frames, accurately and efficiently
- Ability to multi task
