This individual will maintain general ledgers as needed; generate and interpret financial records and statements for management; analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports and prepare budget forecasts; and, maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and/or other financial activities.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll make an impact by performing the following essential duties:

• Accounts Payable emphasis
• Maintain records for Accounts Payable records such as supplier invoices
• Input payment receipts and customer adjustments
• Customer statement of accounts
• Monthly financial reports (assisting Controller)
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Assist with budgets
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Backup Accounts Receivable duties
• General office administration support as needed
• Contribute to team environment by helping with other duties as assigned

What it takes:

• Business accounting experience, accounting courses or combination of the two
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of accounting software principles
• Experience with ERP (Oracle) – an advantage, but not required
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask
• Results-orientated with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
