#1 Cochran in Robinson Township is currently looking for an accounting clerk to work with our team at the Robinson Buick/GMC Showroom. If you are looking for a convenient location and a highly respected organization in which to grow your career, then this could be the job opportunity for you! This is a full-time, Monday through Friday daylight position. Position offers competitive wages and full benefit package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily cash process for campus showrooms
- Reconciling & coding weekly Fuelman invoices
- Coding monthly Auto Uplink invoices
- Assisting Title Clerk/Deal Processer in daily functions
- Out-of-State check request processing
- Additional filing & clerical duties per the direction of the supervising manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust work hours to meet deadlines
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Must have solid organizational and time management skills
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong administrative and business communication skills required
