- The pay for the position is $22/hr, with benefits starting on Day 1.
- This will be a fully onsite role in our Lexington, KY office, located at 527 Wellington Way, Lexington, KY.
- The schedule is Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or something similar. No weekends!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with Transportation accounts
- Resolve customer service inquiries by either phone or email.
- Composes correspondence, corrects grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Underwriting Midterm Endorsements
- Compiles data for reports.
- Responsible for data entry of new client information into Gallagher systems.
- Uses Microsoft Office to produce reports, presentations, or other documents.
- High School Diploma/GED and 1 or more years of related experience
- Appropriate license

Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks

- Willing to execute RPS’ Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
