Status: Full Time
Salary rates: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Are you a hardworking, compassionate driven Wound Care Nurse? If you answered yes, Interim HealthCare wants you on our team. Interim HealthCare is looking for a qualified, skilled, nurturing Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and be a part of our specialized wound care program.
The job role of the Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) is to:
- Supervise and coordinate wound care services
- Assist with providing direct patient care for our wound care clients
- Assess wounds, determine wound care needs and frequency and communicate effectively with physician's offices, insurance and the wound care manager
- Teach and educate clients, families and coordinate care with other nurses
- Understand Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance requirements
- Maintain a positive working relationship with local wound care clinics and physicians
- Perform wound VAC dressing changes
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- At least one (1) year of recent clinical hands on experience
- Home health experience preferred
- Health care CPR certified
- Experience with OASIS assessment and required time points
