Job Posting: Working HVAC Lead Journeyman ($28.00 - $32.00 / hr.)

Compensation

Wage Range $28.00/hr. - $32.00/hr. based on qualifications & experience

Qualifications

A Working HVAC Lead Journeyman shall demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Ability to work overhead from ladders, man lifts, scaffold, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with both HVAC duct system, refrigerant piping systems, and hydronic piping system
• Ability to layout and coordinate the installation of HVAC equipment, duct, & piping systems.
• Ability to safely rig and set large / heavy equipment
• Must possess the ability to accurately plan the required steps of a project
• Must have the ability to inspect installed work for quality workmanship
• Must have knowledge required to establish maintain a safe working environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

The following items are preferable; however, they are not required for consideration:

• Ability to terminate electrical wiring at various HVAC equipment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver s license with clean driving record
• Over 10 years experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC installation (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 certification (Preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have and maintain a professional image
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
• Must be willing to travel overnight
