Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Hybrid Position

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, case managers, adjusters, physicians, and other referring providers
  • Provide central scheduling for Indiana Workers’ Comp patients
  • Provide timely and excellent customer service to anyone reaching out with questions via phone or email and providing timely answers
  • Occasionally assisting with insurance verification and obtaining Authorization / re-authorization
  • Communicate questions and concerns to staff at our physical therapy clinics in Indiana
  • Work closely with our Work Comp auth department to communicate updates on patients
  • Other tasks assigned by their Director

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience with Work Comp in Indiana
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to Multi-task in a fast pace, high volume, potentially stress filled environment while handling daily job duties
  • Problem solving skills when it comes to Who, what , when , where and why something is happening or needs to happen.
  • Teamwork and Team player. We are here to help each other, patients, clinical staff and referral sources with whatever they need.
