Job Description:
the Warehouse Manager is ultimately responsible for the sustainable productivity of the physical warehousing operation and the warehouse office. This involves, amongst other responsibilities, managing all inbound and outbound activities; measuring performance metrics; Identifying operational and cost efficiency opportunities; as well as coordinating and developing staff in order to maximize productivity and foster team development.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by directing, organizing, and supervising.
- Overseeing the installation of shelving and equipment.
- Managing all office responsibilities including groundskeeping, mail, utilities, building maintenance, etc.
- Supervising all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure correctness and timeliness by working with suppliers and transport companies
- Managing the company’s physical assets including but not limited to warehouse equipment such as machinery, forklifts, scales, pallets, racking and storage systems are properly controlled, maintained, protected and utilized.
- Set and implement cross training plans to promote staff development and minimize leave/absence disruptions.
- Working closely with different departments, including the CEO, to make sure our clients get the best quality and service
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
- 3 + years of Warehouse Management experience
- 2 + years of Inventory Management
- College or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret financial reports, documents, safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
