Purpose
The Warehouse Associate (entry-level) will assist in facilitation of warehouse activities and operations. This position is responsible for all shipping, receiving and inventory organization within the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions*
Maintain warehouse organization, inventory control and cleanliness standards
Receive and process incoming inventory and materials
Ensure equipment and materials are organized and stored according to inventory control procedures
Prepare and pull daily orders from inventory stock
Organize inventory in staging areas for required shipments and deliveries
Verify accuracy of the orders by identifying numeric and alpha-numeric part numbers according to order slips
Ensure that orders have appropriate signatures
Inspect the quality and quantity of all warehouse supplies and equipment delivered to job sites and alternate company locations
Ensure necessary warehouse tools and equipment are available and in working order to complete assigned duties
Notify supervisor of any issues that need attention
Assist with the delivery of inventory or equipment between company locations and job sites as needed
Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate safety trainings and regulations as defined by company policy and procedures
Ensure that company vehicles are maintained and operated in accordance with company driving policy
Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings
Other duties as assigned

Work Hours*
This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Work Environment*
Frequently works in outside weather conditions
May be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures and/or conditions
Occasionally exposed to hot, wet and/humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration
Moderately loud noise level while in the warehouse or field

Physical Demands*
Moderate to heavy working conditions
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
May require prolonged periods of standing.

Supervisory Responsibility*
None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.

Travel
Occasional travel between job sites and alternate company locations for deliveries and pickups as needed. Travel to be expected during normal business hours.

Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
