Videographer (Project):

Our Traffic Builders / Conduit Digital videographer will be creative, and passionate about producing engaging video content. We are looking for a Videographer - Social Engagement Specialist to consistently capture compelling moments in our large office and to create B2B-oriented content for our Conduit Digital Agency Social Network.

We have equipment for recording and editing, this position is primarily on location so you must live in proximity to our office near Toms River, New Jersey.

We need someone that hustles, someone that can not only deliver quality video but quantity as well. Consistently creating engageable content to post on social media is the essence of the job so an understanding of video platforms like YouTube, Tiktok and Snapchat is essential for engagement

Your background should include these experiences and skill sets:

• Marketing! Our videographer should understand B2B marketing fundamentals and be an engagement driver. Creating engagable content is the essence of the position.
• A passion and interest (previous samples of work strongly preferred) in videography and editing. Capturing cool video is an art and we are looking for an artist!
• An understanding of business, the cost of doing business and that time is money.
• Organization, especially in archiving video assets is very important to this position.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content (video) that meets brand standards and guidelines.
• A variety of technical skills, including tremendous experience and excellence with the Adobe Suite; Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team and elicit the best out of others on a daily basis.
• Capturing compelling content daily and having high level editing skills are the two essential aspects of this position.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and adjust shifting priorities while delivering priority items on time is key.
• Have an engaging, upbeat personality that makes those not used to being filmed comfortable is a plus as is a high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication.
• Our videographer will manage our YouTube channel and work with our Paid YouTube team to drive subscribers and views.
• Our videographer should also be able to trouble shoot problems/issues with the equipment, and/or repair the equipment they use if possible. It is essential to keep the equipment in top shape at all times to avoid downtime.
