Summary Of The Role
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Digital leader to bring our new brand to life through our digital properties. Someone that blends web and digital expertise with strategic thinking and creativity. You will own the daily management and governance of our corporate site. Additionally, you will develop and execute web strategies, as well as drive the content strategy. This includes leading the integration of multiple digital properties into the corporate site, building a data-driven roadmap that continuously evolves the user experience, and developing an analytics insights process to measure success.
Job Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact overseeing our corporate website
  • Develop and execute a data-driven, website strategy that includes integrating multiple websites into the corporate site
  • Daily management of the corporate website content editing and publishing
  • Drive website content strategy and maintain an editorial calendar
  • Establish key metrics/KPIs, lead regular strategy review sessions, and deliver insights to drive improvements
  • Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies including coordinating keyword strategies with the product marketing teams
  • Create a governance framework for Data/Privacy, Content, and Technology
  • Monitor user experiences/journeys (including performing research and user testing) and recommend improvements to keep the website modernized
  • Analyze content performance (both quantitative and qualitative insights) and provide guidance on areas of opportunity
  • Ensures consistency throughout the digital experience across LOB portals and microsites
  • Conduct industry research and competitive intelligence to ensure the digital experience meets changing user expectations
Experience/Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of direct experience in digital marketing, website and content strategies, governance, and SEO
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of web, SEO, and analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets, Google Suite, ObservePoint, Conductor, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite (Datorama and Interaction Studio)
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Experience developing data-driven strategy
  • Strong problem-solving and partnership skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, provide insights, and action plans
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards: WC3, ADA, CCPA, GDPR

For positions based in Woodland Hills, California, the base salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
