The Role

The Turquoise Pool Supervisor will be responsible with assisting the manager with day-to-day operations and helping the team on the floor. They are there to verify standards are being upheld and outstanding customer service is being provided. Some of your responsibilities will included the following:

• Assist manager with orders for the bar
• Check to make sure the pool deck & bar are set up for success for the day.
• Ability to problem solve
• Have clear communication with guests & Team members
• Ability to lead efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Assist manager with schedule making
• Making sure our Customer service standards are being upheld
• Assisting Manager with daily pre-shift notes
• Ability to stand long periods of time
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Turquoise Pool Lead must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of F&B Experience required.
• Previous Supervisor or Management experience preferred.
• Team leader looking to GROW!
• Knows how to have fun!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for period of time.
• Ability to lift moderate amount of weight.
• Basic computer skills.
