Job Title: Treasury Analyst
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Omaha, NE - This position is not remote, must be on-site.

Summary:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overseeing corporate cash management and credit administration. The Treasury Analyst will also be responsible for researching economic trends and investment opportunities, assisting senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. The Treasury Analyst will oversee lender management, including all lender accounts and 3rd party lender companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and review daily banking transactions such as lender deposits, ACH payments,
• credit card payments, wire transfers, ACH exceptions and positive pay exceptions
• Make periodic check deposits and enter check deposit journal entries
• Assist with daily cash reconciliations and bank statement validations and create monthly
• bank reconciliations
• Monitor and resolve user access issues for bank accounts, lender portal accounts and
• lending platform accounts
• Order and cancel employee credit cards and provide issue research and resolution
• Setup and maintain bank accounts, lender accounts, lending platform accounts,
• payment accounts and bank verification letters
• Monitor and communicate the status of new clinic opening deliverables
• Update and distribute a daily short-term cash analysis and forecast
• Assist with the analysis and forecasting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bad
• debt and lender KPI’s
• Maintain working relationships with banking and lending partners
• Additional tasks and duties assigned as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a treasury, FP&A or finance role
• High-level proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft products including Excel, and
• adaptability to new technologies
• Experience with communication tools such as Zoom and/or Google Meet
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial and mathematic abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and adept at building positive and influential relationships
