Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and ambitious transporter to provide clinical support to patients of all populations. • You will transport patients to and from Departments
• You will become familiar with and be able to adequately inform and explain to patients all procedures, preparations and examinations.
• You will maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of all stretchers, wheelchairs and transport devices.
• You will clean processor, visually inspect for problems and run quality control strip.
• You will perform processor start-up and shut-down procedures

Requirements:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant or a NREMT EMT-B or a NH Licensed EMT-B; Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BCLS.
• Education: High School
• Experience: Transport experience helpful.
• Special qualifications: Able to function independently. Able to accept assignments and requests from multiple sources. Able to organize and prioritize responsibilities. Able to communicate clearly to nursing and allied health departments.

• 
  Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
