Tool Preparer II - 2nd Shift

Your Key Responsibilities
- The Tool Preparer II is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and re-ordering of the tooling for the stamping blank dies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate tooling orders with the tool room, inspect tooling after changeovers, pre-set tools, and handle smaller rework of tooling.
- Responsible for tracking all detail tooling through the department which means s/he must have good organizing and planning ability.
- It is important that this person have an excellent knowledge of tooling applications and keep accurate records of tool usage and tool life.
Your Qualifications
- SAP
- Tooling knowledge
- Geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of current quality specifications.
- Communication
- Problem solving a
- Team player
- High School diploma, career center or trade school a plus.
Your Benefits
- Salary Range: $22-$24 per hour
- Shift Premium of $1.00 per hour
- Hiring Bonus: After successful completion of 90 days of continued employment, you will receive $1,500 and after 12 months $1,000. A total of $2,500 after 12 months of continued employment. (External Hires Only)
