Summary

We are growing and looking to add a Lube Service Technician to our team here at our Buick Nissan Hyundai Genesis location in Lincoln.

Responsibilities and Duties of Lube Service Technician:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, fuel filters, wiper blades and other duties.
• Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined on vehicles and identify potential troublesome areas.
• Communicate with service team to understand the customer’s needs and to discuss necessary work to be performed.
• Perform work in an efficient and accurate manner, following dealership and manufacture standards.
• Document work performed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and keep track of company tools.
• Stay updated on company and factory training.

Experience and skill requirements for a Lube Service Technician:

• High School diploma required.
• Professional oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a highly energized, fast-paced, adaptive environment.
• Ability to work in an environment exposed to contaminants.

Physical and work schedule requirements for Lube Service Technician:

• Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
• Punctual attendance.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with your hands and arms on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• All positions require a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• All positions required to pass a drug test and background check prior to starting employment.
