Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform system level testing, evaluation, and related activities
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
• Analyze current technologies and make edits to testing systems
• Perform basic software installation and operation tasks
• Document test results including successes, failures, and deficiencies
• Test applications with and without graphical user interfaces
• Ensure product and procedure standards are being met
• Communicate both orally and in writing on testing status to technical leads and customers
• Collaborate with other department engineers and provide details on proposed solutions

Qualifications:

• In-depth experience in Testing and Evaluation (T&E) or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
• Experienced in reading, comprehending, and utilizing Python (pytest and/or unit test modules preferred) to automate tasks and perform data analysis
• Basic understanding of software installation and operation tasks
• Strong experience in system administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must hold an active clearance with a full scope polygraph
• 10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field is highly desirable

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
