The Town of Edgartown Building Department is accepting applications for a Temporary Position-Data Entry position. Salary is a $2,000.00 stipend, no benefits. Duties include
inputting Building Permit Applications into the computer system, scanning Building Permit Applications using the large format scanner, appropriately labeling the digital files and attaching to digital file in the system, notifying applicants that permits are issued, labeling and filing hard copy of applications. Candidate must have a general knowledge of computer systems and data entry, be efficient, accurate and task-oriented, must be able to enter data quickly and independently, problem solve and troubleshoot.
