Pet Food Express is seeking Temporary, Part-Time Store Clerks, who are friendly, reliable, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to work in stores!

Though this is a temporary position, there may be opportunity for long term employment.

What you’ll do:

• Create a welcoming environment for our customers
• Support Pet Wash area
• Pick and package delivery product
• Fulfill shipment from store orders
• Assist customers with carry outs and cart runs
• Unload merchandise
• Stock shelves with unpacked items
• Ensure products are stored according to protocols
• Replace damaged or missing products
• Work with salespeople on inventory replenishment
• Sweeping /mopping warehouse and store areas
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• A passion for pets and people
• A warm and welcoming personality
• Customer service, inventory stocking and/or pet experience is a plus.
• Availability to be scheduled any shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (bags of kibble and litter)
• Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift
• Strong commitment, attendance, and punctuality; highly dependable
