Liberty Tax is a leading national Tax Preparation Company with close to 3,000 offices around USA. The Company started its opeartions 17 years ago. Liberty Tax, Lake Elsinore Office is looking for an energetic Lead Tax Preparer for immediate hire to join the team.

Lead Tax Preparer Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should be CTEC certified and should have basic computer knowledge. Proir tax experience is not required.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently, exercise good judgment and who is capable of making sound and responsible decisions.·
• Possess positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
• Possess good Organization and communication skills.

Lead Tax Preparer Responsibilities:

• Interview clients and prepare individual tax returns using Liberty Tax software. Complete software training will be provided if the candidate has is CTEC certified.
• Independently answer client questions and research issues using Liberty systems. Training will be provided on using LIberty systems.
• Work as a team member and in close liaison with other team members and effectively communicate with them.
• Perform other tax and accounting projects as needed.
