Job Description
Talent Acquisition (Nurse Recruitment) is responsible for the ongoing strategy and process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. Partners with other team members, assigned customers, and outside partners, including schools, professional organizations, and technology and process design resources, including vendors, to deliver recruiting solutions into the organization including effective sourcing and selection solutions. Consults with leadership on the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition programs including all levels of recruiting and selection within Nursing. Consults with Human Resources and legal resources to provide guidance on recruiting and selection related compliance issues.
Applies developed industry knowledge to manage a wide variety of recruiting responsibilities. May develop new practices, processes, metrics, or models. Works on or may lead projects of large scope; provides solutions which may set precedent. May provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. Conveys difficult, complex, or sensitive information; facilitates productive dialogue. Persuades others to consider different options.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of relevant work experience.
