This position reports to the leader of Talent Acquisition Operations and is a part of the infrastructure and enablement team supporting the broader Talent Acquisition delivery team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will work with cross-functional teams within Talent Acquisition and across the broader Human Resources team to conduct workshop sessions to map current state processes, proposed opportunities to improve processes, and manage the process and policy documentation. This is a strategic role where you’ll be expected to drive the entire project lifecycle from inception, planning, execution, and communication of final deliverables.

  • Set up projects, assign action items, develop preliminary project schedules and facilitate project kick-off meetings across the business
  • Monitor and track project progress; communicate changes and escalate as needed
  • Lead the change management planning, design, and implementation
  • Develop consistent approach for project management or process refreshment phases including stakeholder engagement and sign off on decision making
  • Facilitate process mapping and design sessions with cross-functional teams to document current state processes, and ideate on future state process opportunities
  • Deliver project updates to leadership for TA/HR Annual Projects and Initiatives
  • Gather and refine input from various teams to identify shortfalls and contribute to the analysis and building of improvements
  • Document suggested changes in the form of requirements and design documents, update or create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation, process flow charts, policy documentation, and related training materials in partnership with TA training and systems team
  • Partner with TA and HR Tech teams to ensure processes are feasible with systems/tools in place
  • You will work cross-functionally with HR, TA Leadership, and recruiting delivery teams to execute projects and define requirements and design for process improvements.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two years of experience in Recruiting/HR Operations and/or Processes, change management, technology
  • Experience in Project Management or designing processes, preferably in an HR related field
  • Understanding of technology impacts to enable more efficient processes
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, and look at the big picture and assimilate large amounts of information
Ideal candidates have:
  • Experience facilitating workshops or group collaboration sessions;
  • Ability to both work autonomously and collaboratively;
  • Prior project and processes experience, preferably within recruiting.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
Salary Range: USD $65800.00 - $94000.00 / Year
