Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing staff shift and scheduling
- Providing Excellent customer service
- Ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed
- Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment, and property
- Recruiting and training staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining Safe Work Conditions
- Managing budgets
- Provide daily coaching and feedback
Restaurant Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Food production
- Analytical Skills
