Make a Significant Impact! The Dayforce System Administrator role is a key resource on the Business Technology Team to partner with The Budd stakeholders to achieve their desired business goals. This role will report to the VP of Information Technology. The Dayforce System Administrator role provides critical functional and technical IT support for the various platforms and applications used by the Human Resource teams, including Ceridian Dayforce, Dayforce Wallet, Simple VMS, and related platforms.

The scope of activities that this role encompasses includes day-to-day application support, enhancements, project, and efforts. This role also includes in-depth process analysis, design, configuration, testing, and training to support new and existing business processes and workflows, ultimately minimizing system downtime, driving increased user efficiency, and enhancing and optimizing the platform. Days/Hours: Normally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but Work requirements may necessitate working after hours, weekends, and holidays to fulfill project requirements. Location: Hybrid and can sit in Winston Salem, NC / Raleigh / Greensboro or Charlotte office Required Experience: • 3-5 years working experience in a Dayforce Administrator capacity is required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, related field.

  • Hands on experience working with some/most of the following modules in the Dayforce system: Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Employee Self Serve, Timekeeping & Payroll, Workforce Management, Dayforce learning, Dayforce Wallet Preferred Experience: • Ceridian Dayforce.com Administrator Certification preferred • Proficient in Google G-Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other cloud business operating solutions is desired. Characteristics of a Successful Candidate: • Prefer a builder/continuous improvement mentality – we need to optimize our systems and processes to enable efficiency and to support future growth of our company • Must be resourceful, proactive, able to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technology solutions to non-technical individuals and foster a collaborative environment between IT and Business Operations.
