We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help source, negotiate, and manage the entire network of vendors that supply the products and services we use to modify homes of our elderly clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take on the following responsibilities:

• Help plan, implement and grow our overall supply chain and logistics capabilities.

• Source vendors and negotiate wholesale agreements as well as related fulfillment logistics.

• Keep various internal teams apprised of all client requirements and any changes that are necessary to support specific cases and home modification projects.

• Some travel is required to visit project sites and partners.

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

• Prior supply chain experience in the home construction or renovation industry is a big plus.

• You have a sixth sense on how to build and nurture high touch relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and clients.

• An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
