Job description
Supervisor of Day Support Services will be the administrator and provide supervision of staff of Cumberland Day Support and Buchanan Day Support (group day services). Will supervise the staff to ensure active and appropriate services are being provided, ensure that an adequate staff to individual ratio is maintained, and ensure that all rules and regulations of the day support program are followed. Supervisor will be responsible for writing service plans and quarterly reviews. Ensure quality assurance duties (records review).Schedule staff to provide transportation for individuals to and from the program. Supervisor of Day Support will ensure management of the physical facility to include housekeeping and upkeep. Supervisor will ensure the day programs with coverage after hours to handle emergency situations, act as liaison between the day support programs and the group homes to ensure continuity of care.
