Seymour, IN based manufacturing company is adding a Superintendent to their team! This company has built an excellent name for itself over the years and has grown to be a leader in its industry. This position includes supervising manpower, facilities, equipment and materials, accomplishing construction project results, evaluating project scopes and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment. Experience required:
- Ability to travel up 80% of the time, with potential for additional travel
- 5-7 years leadership experience
- Management of project estimates; including production hours, safety, quality, materials, equipment resources and freight.
- In-depth knowledge of operational guidelines, materials, equipment and OSHA guidelines
- Work experience in aluminum, steel, forging, ductile iron, petrochem, foundry or automotive is a plus
- Desire to develop career further as needed
