SuccessFactors In-House Consultant

Market leading Company has an opening for a SuccessFactors In-House Consultant. Join an established and successful business who implemented the whole SuccessFactors Suite and are now looking for a person to develop, support and maintain the modules internally.
This is a permanent role on a 100% remote basis in Germany and can pay up to €80.000.
You’ll join an established team, reporting to the HR Digital Lead, and your role will focus on Employee Central and other Talent Management modules. Your main responsibility will be to maintain, support and develop the modules internally.
Profile requirements:
- Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or any of the Talent Management modules
- Analysis, conception, support, configuration and implementation experience in any of the above-mentioned modules
- Experience in collaboration and support of different teams within the company (HR, IT, etc..)
- The ideal candidate will have a strong professional and academic IT background
- Experience in SAP HCM is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German
- Eligibility to work and live in Germany
