Cycle Town is a small business with two locations, Hingham and Marshfield! We are looking for a studio assistant to join our leadership team.

The studio assistant helps the studio owner and studio leads with day-to-day operations so the studio runs smoothly. The ideal person is a rockstar in hospitality and is genuinely motivated to make a positive impact on our rider community and team.

This role includes wearing many different operational hats including managing studio operations, managing a desk team, and fostering the Cycle Town community. This is a part-time role (~20 hours) and requires some non-traditional work hours around our class schedule, including some early morning and weekends. Cycle Town has a uniquely positive and joyful community culture that thrives on pushing our riders to be the best versions of themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to riders
• Handle any rider issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner
• Become a power user of our studio software, Mindbody
• Work closely with studio owner on implementing seamless operations
• Support the instructor team
• Oversee studio maintenance
• Work with other studio leads to oversee desk team and ensure personable and rider oriented service is being met
• Assist with overseeing studio events
• Assist with online and offline marketing initiatives
• Support the Cycle Town brand, operations and goals
• Assist in studio’s retail operations and inventory

Qualifications:

• High energy, positive, friendly, and outgoing with genuine interest in engaging riders.
• Loves health and wellness
• Business minded with prior management experience in hospitality, health and fitness, restaurants, retail, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks at once – every day is different! A self-motivated “Get it done, make it happen” person.
• Passionate about the Cycle Town community, ride and brand.
