Student Relations/Customer Service Bilingual English/ Spanish (conversational)

Full time positions available at our Pine Brook, NJ location

This position assists prospects, students, alumni and customers addressing their needs while providing an outstanding customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Answering and directing phone calls.

● Responding to general inquiries on a daily basis to prospective clients, students, alumni and general customers.

● Meet students to handle documents, give information and student kits.

● Checking in students on their first day of in-person class.

● Booking, checking in and checking out appointments for spa services

● Assisting customers with skin care product purchases and processing purchases via the POS system.

● Work with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

● Previous office experience preferred.

● Must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with students and the general public.

● Good knowledge of MS Office, G. Suite, general clerical office methods, procedures, and practices.

● Proficient in customer service

● Bilingual English/ Spanish (conversational)
