Some positions offer some form of travel assistance, housing & Per Diem (must qualify).
The local rate is higher with no per diem.
We have positions available all along the Gulf Coast (New Iberia, LA to Tampa, FL)
Plenty of Overtime!
MUST have 3 years experience (minimum)

*3 years of experience in steel welding and flux core arc welding processes.
*Proficient in flat, vertical, overhead, and horizontal.
*Must comprehend written and verbal instructions (in English).
*Must be able to hear warning signals, read and comprehend safety instructions, regulations, and warnings.
*Must pass structural welding testing
*Must be familiar with all safety procedures pertaining to or where to obtain electrical procedures.
*Implement Lock-out Tag-out for work being performed.
*Measuring, grinding, lay-out on carbon steel
*Fabricates metal structural parts, such as plates, bulkheads, and frames, and braces them in position within the hull of the ship for riveting or welding.
*Lay-out position of parts on metal, working from blueprints or templates and using scribe and hand-tools Study engineering drawings and blueprint to determine material requirements and task sequences and performs layouts in accordance with specifications.
