The strategic areas of focus are manufacturing and filling of cosmetics and skincare products with scalable best-in-class processes, process improvement strategies that enable continued scalability and growth while at the same time adhering to the highest quality and regulatory standards to assure product quality and integrity is preserved.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and oversee execution of long term business plan for global services business from analysis of market trend to elaboration of initiatives and execution, coordination across the business
  • Lead annual strategy for global services in determining marketing campaigns, any launches, promotions, and activations driven by consumer insights and commercial opportunities
  • Set all strategies for services portfolio management, pricing, positioning, and consumer messaging in partnership with category leaders
  • Lead and present to key stakeholders all annual campaign briefs for services inclusive of business opportunity and goal setting, target audience, consumer messaging
  • Manage global services competitive analysis to understand portfolio needs, global pricing strategy, and promotional considerations
  • Lead demand strategy – understanding of business models with peak / valley demand cycles
  • Partner with services experience team, innovation, and category strategy leads to support all services actions across the business
  • Lead cross functional projects and drive projects and timelines inclusive of regulatory, research and development, legal and general project management for all services actions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related
  • 3+ years of services-related industry experience (hospitality, restaurant, salon, etc.) desired
  • Knowledge of the services industry demand cycles (hospitality, restaurant, salon, etc.)
  • Experience in creating briefs / positioning
  • Proficient in excel and proven experience using data to make business recommendations
  • Experience developing strong PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership audience
  • Ability to create clear marketing briefs
