Job Summary

To assist in the management of CBR’s controlled documentation system.

You Will:

  • Facilitate Document Change and Control process in MasterControl.
  • Maintain and update document binders, indexes, and documentation therein.
  • Auditing of document issued locations monthly.
  • Communicate with Departments and Project Teams regarding Document revisions.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure document accuracy/consistency through the revision process.
  • Ensure that document courses are properly updated at time of document revision/creation.
  • Assist in department document creation and editing as needed.
  • Secondary contact for CBR Tucson confidential shredding services.
  • Perform other Quality Assurance tasks as required.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or Associates degree (A.A.) with one to two years related experience and/or training; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software, Microsoft Visio software, Adobe Illustrator and/or Acrobat design software and Microsoft Outlook software. Additionally an individual should be highly proficient with Microsoft Word Processing software.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with AABB, FDA (cGMP, cGTP) regulations preferred. Experience working in a regulated industry required. Experience with controlled document systems preferred.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits .
