Position purpose: The focus of this role is to answer customer inquiries regarding spare parts, process sales and purchase orders, action quotes and put parts away.

Position dimensions:

• Answer phone inquiries about price and availability of parts (including old model watches): whether they are repairable, authenticity, specific characteristics, year of product, value, specifications (eg water resistance, battery life, materials)
• Via email, phone and fax, find corresponding information about spare parts by researching in reference books and database
• Assist Customer Service Manager with sales order processing, ie data entry, checking pricing, invoicing (including credit card processing)

Key interactions:

• Customer Service Manager – for supervision
• Other Spare Parts Administrators – for cooperation and sharing of information
• Customer Service team – for service / provision of parts
• Customers – to answer phone inquiries

Skills / experience required

• Extremely strong attention to detail (particularly numbers)
• Hands-on approach
• Computer skills
• MS Office – intermediate to advanced, particularly Excel / Access, email
• Customer service approach
• Patience
• Team oriented
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast environment
• Spare parts / jewelry industry experience preferred

Work Location: Secaucus, NJ

On-Site Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm or 8am – 4:30pm
