We have a part-time/full-time opportunity for a Project Manager in our Las Vegas office.

Summary

Legion Solar Power is a leading residential solar installer in Southern Nevada. We are seeking a highly detail orioented and organizedproject manager to support our existing daily operations team. Quick turnaround of projects is mission critical. We aim for standard jobs to move from contract signed to installed and inspected by AHJ within 10-14 days whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Update CRM (Podio) with project management details
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with codes and procedures for permitting and utility apps
  • Review photos of new jobs submitted for necessary upgrades (MPU's, Derates, etc.) or coordinate site surveys with homeowners and install team
  • Request roofing reports to be made for new jobs
  • Input site information to generate a permit plan set
  • Review and modify plan set when necessary (e.g., crews sometimes need to revise panel layout)
  • Attain project permits through AHJ (Clark County, City of Las, Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Pahrump)
  • Schedule installations and final inspections; coordinate with the crews and homeowners/sales partners
  • Complete ARC applications for HOA Board Review when necessary
  • Confirm installs completed and schedule follow-up work when necessary
  • Submit install photos and required documents to finance companies for payment
  • Notify sales reps when cash customer's milestone payments are due; create and send invoices when necessary
  • Order and coordinate materials shipments occasionally
  • Coordinate utility interconnection from application to PTO
  • Set-up customer accounts for system monitoring
  • Promptly answer project questions and request additional information from homeowners, sales reps, and install crew when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (1) year of Solar Permit/Utilities Coordinator or Solar Project Manager experience
  • Proven ability to complete project tasks according to timeline, scope, and budget
  • Organized and detail oriented. These are critical traits for this position
  • Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
  • A solutions-based mindset

Salary and Benefits

Min Base Pay: $23.92/hr ($47,840 per year)

Performance Bonuses

Additional Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental after 90 Days

Estimated Total 1st Year Compensation Package: $62,208
