We are hiring Solar Energy Consultants (Field Energy Consultants) to continue expanding our mission.

We are looking for Solar Energy Consultants to educate homeowners about the benefits of owning their power and curbing their soaring electricity costs. We are seeking Sales professionals who are looking for legitimate opportunities to reach the next level in their personal and professional lives. We are also able to leverage 8 years of leadership and profitable business experience in the home security industry to offer a long-term, sustainable opportunity for our Field Energy Consultants.

Solar Energy Consultant Primary Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy via in-home consultation
• Leverage a 25 year production guarantee and 70-80+% Realization Rate (sale to install)
• To close and capitalize on sales opportunities via company provided leads, customer referrals and self-generated leads.

• Excellent communication skills
• Complete initial training and attend weekly sales trainings
• Technology literate
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to pass background check

Compensation:

• Commission
• We operate on a transparent redline model and pay out 25% of the Net Price Per Watt on company leads and 50% on self-generated leads
• We offer a choice of W-2 or 1099 compensation models
• Bonuses: Based on production
