Social Worker, Full Time - Big Bend Hospice - Tallahassee, Florida

**$5000 Sign-On Bonus

3 Positions Available

These full time Social Worker positions! 2 positions will work with our team at our Tallahassee office and 1 on our Wakulla/Franklin Team at our Crawfordville office. This position will be responsible for providing care to our patients throughout Leon County. Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work. LCSW preferred. Two years of home health or hospice experience preferred.
