We are searching for passionate Social Media Specialist people to join us here at Beauty Elite Group. Beauty Elite Group is the parent company to 6 world renowned brands as, PetSilk, Fuel, Scruples, Blowpro, CajBeauty, SoSilk. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand our company's reach and potential pipeline, coordinating media/social media outreach and other administrative duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will be in charge of creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.

- The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design

• Edit and create posts for internal and external communications that nurture community interaction and conversation.
• Analyze performance metrics to increase productivity of posts.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, and support the sharing of insights with our stakeholders.
• Helps to train on social media best practice.
• Work with the marketing team to continually test to optimize and achieve business goals.
• Maintain and share awareness of competitors' digital presence.
• Plan weekly, monthly and quarterly content calendar for social media posts.
• Connect with Influencers to drive brand awareness and create excitement across social media platforms.
• Produces, edits, and puts together all of our product videos for our listings, websites and more.
• Works with additional photographers on photoshoots.
• Works with design/photo/marketing team members on all photography needs.
• Bring your ideas and make things happen when you see an opportunity!
• Pre Planning posts for a week in advance minimum.

Requirements:

• Marketing degree (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Required)
• Social Media Experience 2 Years (Required)

• Strong operational knowledge of social channel management including but not limited to: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter
• Strong creative thinker who can ideate around exist and new concepts to plan and assist in developing stories relevant to our audience
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
