Kelly Wellness and Chiropractic is seeking an outstanding, bubbly, motivated front desk with marketing and social media skills. We are looking for a high level of professionalism and proficient decision-making capabilities. Applicant must have strong social and administrative skills, as well as be able to communicate in a professional manner.

Summary:

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients, answering phones, collecting payment from patients, insurance verification, internal referrals, assisting with chiropractic treatment, posting on social media and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Post on social media
• Marketing internal and external
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure their comfort
• Schedule appointments and follow-up appointments
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Maintain a clean and presentable work space
• Assist with Chiropractic Therapies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Cupertino, CA 95014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
