NBS Real Estate creates educational content for aspiring real estate investors.We’re a growing company with a growing social media platform. NBS is seeking a well- organized, self - motivated, and creative Social Media Content Creator that can support the company's objective and goals.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Plan, shoot, edit, produce, and execute all facets of photography and videography specifically with social media in mind
• Proficient in writing scripts for social media content
• Proficient in editing and cutting film
• Attend miscellaneous events to capture content
• Foster an environment of creativity to create social media content that attracts customers, increases engagement, growth, awareness and consistency
• Test and develop new ideas and content
• Understanding how content drives sales/data driven
• Collaborate with team leads to drive content strategy, creation, and scheduling
• Provide constructive feedback and Ideas for new and creative posts

Qualifications:

• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital content pieces
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Ability to meet short deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with various teams, departments, and divisions
• A solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms including, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Must be creative, hands-on, have attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Ability to understand and/or interpret business needs
• Strong data interpretation skills to form actionable suggestions to Management
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer/Creator or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
