We are accepting resumes and applications for experienced Snow Removal Professionals.

Openings in Middletown, Hartford, East Hartford, West Hartford, Simsbury, Avon, Windsor, East Windsor, South Windsor, Windsor Locks, New Britain, and surrounding towns.

Snow Removal Positions

• Plow Drivers - CDL and Non- CDL (Tri-axle Dump trucks, Crew Cab pickups, etc.)
• Operators (Front End Loader/Bobcat/Skid Steer, etc.)
• Shovelers

Butler Company is seeking on-call snow removal professionals to join our team this winter. We have several different shifts and roles to fit almost any availability.

Team Member Benefits

• Pay Range is $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, or more, depending position and experience
• Flexible Schedule
• Training provided

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment to clear snow from customer properties
• Learning a specific route of customer sites
• Completing work to customer specifications and quality standards
• Completing work safely and without accidents or incidents
• Utilizing effective communication for on the job issues that may arise
• Taking care of equipment

Position Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Night and Weekend availability required
• Dependability is a must
• Professional experience operating equipment
• Minimum 5 years experience for Driver & Operator positions
