Lincare, the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services is currently seeking a Sitecore Website Manager to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate can work out of our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, Florida or remotely throughout the United States.

Lincare is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in Sitecore website management and content marketing. The website manager will be responsible for developing the organization's online presence, work closely with IT to maintain security, and maintaining high site standards. They will work closely with marketing, communications, legal, compliance, technical, leaders of individual service lines and DBA brands, while reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate web projects across departments
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties in coordination with the Senior Brand Manager
  • Working with cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure incorporation of valuable KW, strategies to support SEO, growing social and paid traffic, engage website visitors, and acquire new patients online
  • Create customer journeys and website personalization
  • Keep current with emerging technologies
  • Ensure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
  • Track and report on all site metrics
  • Work cooperatively with key team members and outside partners

Qualifications:

  • Trained in a variety of Sitecore versions
  • Content authoring on any other platform including WordPress and other basic CMS tools
  • Analytics (Google, Sitecore)
  • Digital Marketing experience -- running campaigns, setting goals
  • Strategy -- creating user journeys, personas, research
  • Health care experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Sitecore 9, 10, 10 XP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Sitecore Content Editor and Experience Editor
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing content and product for a Sitecore, high-trafficked websites
  • Sitecore Admin Certification(s) preferred
  • Sitecore MVP preferred
