Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s)
• Responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office
• Is instrumental in carrying out the health system?s mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office based upon corporate direction and communication to staff
• Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems
• Consistently enforces all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines.
• Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising
• Works effectively with physicians, staff patients, families, public and external agencies
• Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in the office setting
• Conforms with and abides by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
