ACS is a comprehensive care behavioral health provider that provides diverse services in the seven western counties of North Carolina. ACS Outpatient Centers are located in Murphy, Hayesville, Bryson City, Robbinsville, Franklin, and Waynesville NC.

Outpatient services provide a crucial role in the provision of comprehensive care at ACS, as an Outpatient Site Manager you would:

• Support a team of behavioral health professionals who assess needs, make appropriate referrals, coordinate care, and provide clinical psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
• Be a key member of our clinical development, quality assurance, and program design teams.
• Engage in mezzo and macro level community advocacy and collaboration with local agencies and service providers.
• Help promote and implement ever forward thinking operation design and service delivery.

We place importance on the continued growth of all care professionals so we have committed to offering clinical supervision to all associate licensed therapists as well as support to all staff in seeking continued education and/or licensure. A successful Site Manager would share these values and be eligible to provide clinical supervision and/or clinical field supervision where needed.

To be eligible for a Site Manager position with ACS you must be eligible for, or currently hold, a full clinical license valid in NC, this would include an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc. Previous clinical practice experience, clinical leadership experience, and/or supervisory experience is preferable but not required.
