RVForce LLC in Winter Haven, FL is looking for a shop manager.

Job Summary:

Work with the technicians and support the team for the achievement of superior customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long term service and parts sales goals in line with company vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

– Staff the department with the proper number of service writers, detailers, technicians and lead techs to meet the demands put on the department
– Hold daily pending meetings
– Responsible to insure that all employees are adequately trained
– Maintain a clean shop (standards to be determined, set, and documented)
– Schedule external work on a timely basis and begin when scheduled
– Responsible to train service writers
– Responsible for cleanliness of shop
– Responsible for Check-In process
– Manage service lot
– Assist Warranty Department to established benchmarks
– Monitor open ROs to established benchmarks

Job Requirements:

– 3+ years hands-on experience as a service manager in a shop environment
– Working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures and policies of a Service Department environment
– Leadership, tact and knowledge with regards to training personnel in the proper performance of mechanical operations
– Associates degree from two-year college or technical school is preferred or one to two years of related RV experience
– Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
– Team player, attention to detail, strong work ethic
– Valid and clean Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
