Job Summary
The fulfillment manager will be responsible for managing the overall process of product fulfillment to Purple customers; this includes direct consumers, wholesale channels, amazon distribution, and forward inventory locations.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and lead a team of fulfillment associates.

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders which include small par cel packages, LTL and multi-truck load sized orders.

Build standard work, design work flow, and manage resources allocation around bottlenecks and evolving fulfillment models.

Work with cross functional teams including warehouse operations, production, customer delight, business unit managers and shipping/logistics team.

Reporting of daily and monthly KPI metrics.

Ensure inventory control processes and procedures are followed correctly.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of managerial experience in a warehouse fulfillment role and developing fulfillment people/teams.

Customer service centric and proactive communication style.

Strong organizational skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Printer troubleshooting, familiarity with EDI, NetSuite (or other ERP systems) and performing data extraction.

Ability to troubleshoot inventory and data flow issues.
Preferred qualifications:
